29 february, Yes 29 it’s a leap year, I had one of my best workshop about the Art of Motivation ever. 

A real dream team of authenthic colleagues of Mobistar , so sincere, so open in their communication and also ambitious to perform well. I was impressed. Normally I’m supposed to give energy to the people , But here there was an explosion of positive Energy and Vibes. The magic compliment Moment was this time full of happiness and laughs. Yes Compliments are really a source of Pleasure giving strenght to everyone,

I will ever remember this 29 februari 2012 with Mobistar.

Workshop The Art of Motivation

During a workshop of 4 hours each participant learn to know what is his Motivation DNA. What motivates you really in Life? What motivates your partner, your colleague? How can I find balance between my private and professional motivators,and how can I make a concrete motivation plan? These are the keys which are given to enhance your energy level. 

Over energielevel gesproken: In mijn formule E=MCℨ om meer energie te verkrijgen, is er ook de C van Conditie: Mens sana in corpore sano. Bij ieder workshop krijgt iedereen een biologisch evenwicht menu geserveerd in de veranda: wortelsap met gember, handgepelde garnalen sla met gerst en kruiden van de tuin. Als voorgerecht genoot iedereen van een symphonie van rode bosvruchten( fruit moet iedere maaltijd voorafgaan, dit is veel beter voor het de spijsvertering).

31 mei  op de dag van de verkoper geörganiseerd door CEVORA in Zoersel heb ik het enorm plezier gehad om de plenaire cessie te animeren voor 200 sales professionals. dat heeft me echt een kick gegeven.

Over welke competenties moet de verkoper van vandaag beschikken en hoe kun je zijn Engagement verhogen?

Om Engagement te verhogen kun je best werken met onze nieuwe formule van Einstein: E= MC3. 

- E staat in voor Energie en Engagement, 

- M voor Motivatie, 

- C voor Confidence, vertrouwen in je zelf, 

- de tweede C staat in voor de Competenties, over welke competenties moet je beschikken in je job om succes te behalen 

- En de derde C staat in voor Conditie: een gezonde geest in een gezond lichaam. Het is inderdaad een holistisch begrip en Idea 4U als expert in de motivatie werkt in een workshop graag met jullie concrete actieplannen uit om jullie engagement en energielevel te verhogen

September 2009 the Obama Cession In Kortrijk.

Yes We can. President Obama is an enormous carismatic person. Inspired by his talents I conceived together with Alexander Nijs of Procom a workshop “the 5 talents of Obama”. ( Authenticity,  a born communicator,  leadership, change management, and the  best marketeer of 2009. During this workshop you can see how intensive the participation was. One of the participant had the audacity to do a remake of the acceptance speech of Obama. Yes we can.

We had the privilige to welcome minister Vincent van Quickenborne.
